Proposition 65, also known as ‘The Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act,’ is a California law that has been in effect since 1986 to promote clean drinking water and keep toxic substances that can cause cancer, birth defects, or other reproductive harm, out of consumer products. It is administered by California’s Office of Environmental Health Hazard Assessment (OEHHA).
In accordance with the above, Fibox Inc. is updating its product labeling and warning.
The California Attorney General’s Office has stated that the following warnings, if properly displayed at the point of sale, retail outlet or on product labels, satisfies the clear and reasonable warning requirement of the statute:

As such, all products sold directly into the state of California, or through third-party partners will be labeled as follows:

Products sold by Fibox Inc. contain some of the chemicals on the Proposition 65 watchlist; however, due to the nature of our products’ use, exposure is limited and the amount of these chemicals in our products is low. However, Fibox Inc. has chosen to issue this warning on all of our products as an act of caution and because our customers have the right to know.
